Free shipping applies to most continental U.S. orders of $50 or more, before tax. Some exclusions may apply.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, you'll see that option during the checkout process. If your order contains an oversized package, you may incur a service charge (this will be noted at the checkout).

All orders are shipped from our Farmington location Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock orders placed before 3pm EST will generally ship out the same day. For orders that are in-stock at another location or between multiple locations, please allow a couple extra days for them to be transferred to our shipping location. Once shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number for your order.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Unfortunately, no. Although the majority of the packages we ship arrive on or before their "estimated" delivery date, occasionally a package may become delayed during weather related events or factors out of our control. While we do provide tracking numbers for all orders, we must also rely on the carriers to scan the packages throughout transit and update the tracking. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery status of your package, please contact orders@nankinhobby.com and we'll do our best to help.

Will you notify me if one of my items is back-ordered?
Yes. If an item is currently out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with options on how to proceed.

In-Store Pickup orders on in-stock items are typically available same day - we'll give you a call to let you know it's ready.

If an item is in-stock at a different store, you can still place your order for pickup at your preferred location. We'll have it sent over and give you a call when it shows up, usually within a couple of days.

If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible, and proceed as you see fit. We can get one coming for you, or even suggest alternatives.

When you stop in to pickup your order, we may ask to see your ID - so be sure to have that handy. For special arrangements, please contact us ahead of time at orders@nankinhobby.com.
