The injection-molded body is highly detailed, and the finish is painted and printed for realistic decoration. It can negotiate curves as tight as a 22-inch radius for smooth operation on most HO layouts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\t\u003cp\u003ePrototype background: In 1999, Gunderson began producing the Auto-Max articulated auto rack car, a long and tall design capable of carrying 22 SUVs on three internal ramps. Measuring over 140 feet in length and about 20 feet tall from the railhead, the Auto-Max pushed the operational and clearance limits of the railroad industry.
