Carriage #1, along with its companion Carriage #2, features an open interior design with compartmentalized seating conveniently placed at each door. A third coach, Carriage #4, which was delivered in 1867 by the Lancaster Wagon Co., offered a more economical design while maintaining the charm of vintage rail travel. Remarkably, all three coaches are still in operation today on the Talyllyn Railway.
