The Axial 1/30 SCX30 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Overland Edition brings the capability and adventure-ready styling of the full-size Tacoma to a compact, ready-to-run rock crawler. Finished in tan, this officially licensed model features a detailed ABS hard body with full fenders, a skid plate-style front bumper, traditional rear bumper, roof rack, cargo containers, molded accessories, and functional front and rear LEDs.

The SCX30 chassis is engineered for capable crawling performance on desktops, indoor courses, rocks, dirt trails, and other technical terrain. Full-time four-wheel drive, an angled skid plate, ramped axle housings, high-clearance rear links, and a forward weight bias help the truck clear obstacles and maintain stability while climbing. Its Tacoma-specific longer wheelbase also provides added composure when navigating larger obstacles.

This Overland Edition rides on officially licensed Yokohama Geolandar X-MT tires mounted to Black Rhino Bahari wheels. The soft-compound tires include factory-installed foam inserts for dependable traction while preserving the authentic look of a trail-equipped Tacoma.

A low-mounted Axial 88T 030-size brushed motor and low-positioned electronics help maintain a favorable center of gravity. The drivetrain runs on full ball bearings, while the easy-access transmission simplifies maintenance and tuning. Compatible SCX24 aftermarket worm gears can also be used to change gear ratios.

The included Spektrum SLT2 2.4GHz radio system features selectable throttle limiting, allowing maximum throttle to be reduced to 50 or 75 percent for newer drivers. The package also includes a Spektrum 7.4V 160mAh 2S 30C LiPo battery, a 0.5A USB 2S charger, and transmitter batteries, so no additional equipment is required before hitting the trail.
