Meet the Typhon 4x4 Ready-to-Run Buggy, a 1/8-scale off-road racer tuned by TLR for competitive bashers and track days. This ready-to-run model arrives fully assembled with Spektrum electronics, so it’s race-ready right out of the box and built to handle big jumps and high-speed runs on dirt, grass, and pavement. It’s available in two Race Spec color schemes—blue and red/blue—featuring an exclusive body design that stands out on the track.

Durability and precise handling come from a suite of aluminum upgrades and tuned components. The chassis plate, steering rack, shock towers, and other key parts are 7075-T6 aluminum, with adjustable suspension hangers, oil-filled shocks with machined pistons, and EXB stand-offs for smooth damping. A heavy-duty drivetrain with all-metal diff outdrives and steel driveshafts, plus pre-glued dBoots EXABYTE tires and a Race Spec rear wing, provide confident grip and stability at speed. Power comes from a Spektrum Firma 2050Kv brushless motor paired with a 150A Smart ESC, all guided by a 3-channel SLT3 radio with SR315 receiver and a 265 oz-in metal-gear servo for precise steering.
