Reedy Sonic SP5 25.5T A-Spec Motor (ASC27494)

The Reedy Sonic SP5 25.5T A-Spec stock motor is built for 25.5-turn stock-class racing, designed to deliver maximum torque and power output without sacrificing RPM, giving consistent, race-ready performance.

Externally, it uses a lightweight two-piece CNC-machined aluminum housing with an aluminum endcap and timing adjustability to help racers fine-tune for different tracks. Inside, the stator is engineered to maximize torque and power, with copper magnet wire sized to the rules and heat-transfer epoxy to dissipate heat and reduce fade. An oversized collector ring, together with thick solder tabs, lowers resistance and power loss, while a balanced rotor with a high-strength magnet and stainless steel ball bearings support reliable high-RPM operation. A sensor board completes the internal electronics, contributing to precise performance on race day.
