Under the hood, the Apex2 platform features front and rear independent suspension with threaded oil-filled shocks and adjustable rear toe for tailored grip on varied surfaces. The licensed body rides over a rugged drivetrain with sealed gear differentials, steel drive components, and full metal bearings for durability, while a water-resistant receiver box protects the electronics. A 2.4GHz two-channel radio and a Reedy brushed speed control with a 3-pole brushed motor deliver solid sport performance, and tunable hardware—adjustable shock mounting, bleeder screws on the caps, adjustable body post heights, and secure battery straps—lets drivers dial in handling to their liking.
