Introducing the 1/8-scale RC8B4 4x4 nitro buggy Team Kit, a high-performance off-road racer built for serious competition. Developed under Associated Electrics’ Area 51 program, this kit advances the RC8 platform with sharper handling, improved durability, and tuning flexibility to meet the demands of demanding tracks.

Features include a hard-anodized 7075 aluminum chassis with strengthened front and rear sections, revised front geometry with 8-degree kingpin blocks, and wider suspension arms for balanced handling. A central rear chassis brace reduces fatigue while supporting multiple flex options, and the redesigned wing system—with adjustable mounts, a taller rear lip, and extra fins—boosts downforce and straight-line stability. Upgraded 16mm shocks and larger-bearings in the front and rear gearboxes improve durability, while a redesigned fuel tank with an ergonomic lid puller and volume markings makes fuel management easier between runs. Collectively, these upgrades deliver sharper cornering, greater stability, and easier setup across a variety of track conditions.
