HO EMD GP60 Locomotive with Econami DCC & Sound UP #5869 (ATH-1051)

An HO-scale EMD GP60 locomotive with Econami DCC sound brings authentic Union Pacific operation to HO layouts, modeled as UP 5869. This ready-to-run GP60 combines detailed prototype styling with advanced sound and control for a lifelike locomotive on the layout.

Designed for both DC and DCC operation, it features a heavy die-cast frame, all-wheel drive, and LEDs for front and rear lighting with ditch lights, and beacons where applicable to the prototype. It accepts a 21-pin DCC-ready plug and includes onboard Econami sound by SoundTraxx, delivering engine, horn, and bell sounds in DC and full DCC functionality in DCC mode. Fine detailing such as see-through cab windows, factory-applied handrails, and RP25-profile wheels enhances realism, while a grime-ready finish provides a starting point for weathering and customization.
