Built around a heavy die-cast frame with a five-pole motor, precision gears, and all-wheel electrical pickup, it delivers smooth, quiet operation and solid pulling power. Fine detailing includes see-through cab windows, wire grab irons, and photo-etch windshield wipers, complemented by LED headlights, ditch lights, and beacons where appropriate. The sound-equipped version operates in both DC and DCC, with engine, horn, and bell sounds active in DC and full NMRA-compatible functions in DCC (some features may be limited in DC).
