HO-scale 50-foot Pullman Standard box car in NDEM livery, designed to capture the look of mid-1970s per diem equipment. This model reproduces the classic 50-foot outside-post design that underpinned many per diem cars built in that era, offering an authentic centerpiece for freight trains and yard scenes.

Details include a single 10-foot Pullman Standard door, separately applied grab irons, end ladders, and a brake wheel, plus a photo-etch coupler cross-over platform. Machined metal wheels with RP25 contours roll smoothly, the car is weighted for reliable operation, and body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers ensure secure coupling. The injection-molded body is painted and printed for realistic decoration, and a minimum radius of 18 inches keeps it compatible with typical HO layouts. Primed for grime models, it duplicates the look and feel of in-service equipment with base colors faded to match the prototype, providing a ready starting point for adding grime and rust for extra authenticity.
