Under the shell sits a heavy die-cast frame with all-wheel drive and precise gears for smooth, quiet operation and solid traction. A five-pole motor with machined flywheels and a multi-link drive train keeps power steady, while factory Celcon handrails and individually applied grab irons add authentic detail. Separately mounted horns and McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers complete the look, and nickel-plated, blackened machined wheels with RP25 contours help it run reliably on standard HO track.
