HO 50' FMC 5077 DD Offset Box Car Primed For Grime LVRC Ex-UO #4219 (ATH-1752)

HO-scale FMC 50-foot offset box car, Primed for Grime LVRC Ex-UO 4219. This model recreates a mid-1970s FMC boxcar used on the rails, finished in a grime-ready paint scheme that’s an ideal starting point for weathering and adding grime or rust to taste on an HO layout.

It features a newly tooled body with road-specific doors, separately applied grab irons, end ladders and a brake wheel, plus a photo-etched cross-over platform and full underbody brake detail and piping. Weighted for smooth running, it rides on 33-inch machined metal wheels with RP25 contours and uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers. The car is painted and printed for a realistic look, with a minimum radius of 18 inches, and the primed-for-grime finish duplicates the look of in-service equipment with faded base colors, providing an ideal base for adding grime and rust to taste.
