HO Scale 52-Foot Mill Gondola is a realistic open-top freight car designed for HO layouts. It’s ideal for moving bulky loads like coil steel or scrap metal loaded by cranes, bringing an authentic industrial look to yards and mainlines alike.

Ready to run and richly detailed, this gondola features separately applied wire grab irons, body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, and 33-inch solid nickel-silver wheels with RP25 contours for smooth operation on most HO track. It’s weighted for stable handling and finished with razor-sharp painting and printing. Enhancements include refined end-sheet molded-on details, improved rivet and bolt detailing, corrected wire grab-iron placements, plus new top-chord details, jack reinforcement pad details, and coupler cut-lever mounting details. Multi-pack versions offer unique road numbers to diversify a yard fleet. It runs on HO curves with a minimum radius of 18 inches.
