This HO scale 52-foot Mill Gondola is a ready-to-run model that captures the classic open-top gondola used to haul bulky loads such as coil steel or scrap metal on a model railroad. Open-top gondolas have long been a staple for moving large, awkward loads that cranes load and unload, making them a realistic addition to yards, industries, and mainline consists.

Fully assembled and layout-ready, the car incorporates refined end-sheet details, improved rivet and bolt work, and corrected wire grab-iron placements, plus updated top-chord and jack reinforcement pad details for added realism. It features separately applied wire grab irons, body-mounted scale knuckle couplers, and 33-inch nickel-silver wheels with RP25 contours for smooth operation on most track.
