This HO-scale Drop-Frame Spread-Axle Chassis with Container models the common intermodal pairing of a 20' ISO tank container on a low-profile drop-frame trailer, ideal for realistic liquid-haul scenes on HO layouts. The tank container and chassis are separable, giving you the flexibility to display either component by itself or together as a complete transport unit.

Designed for realism, the chassis features a low center of gravity with low-profile wheels on metal axles and plastic fenders, plus a lift kit that raises the container front about 12 inches to aid gravity unloading. Landing gear can be posed up or down, and a raised walkway runs between the rear axles for safe access. The set includes two cargo lifting bags—one for secure transit and one that can be unlocked and lifted for draining—along with an etched metal walkway, air tanks and suspension details, all built from 47 parts for a highly accurate look. It is compatible with all 20' containers, and a hidden weight brings the container weight to 1.7 ounces to improve balance on HO layouts.
