HO 50' FMC 5277 Combo Door Box Car (ATH-2127)

HO-scale 50-foot FMC combo-door box car model that recreates mid-1970s per diem freight equipment for an authentic HO layout. This fully assembled replica captures the distinctive 50-foot outside-post boxcar design and the versatile combo-door configuration FMC used to service a variety of customers.

Two ABOX body styles are represented (ABOX 50400–50999 and ABOX 51000–52449). The model features body-mounted McHenry knuckle couplers, separately applied wire grab irons and etched end platforms, and machined metal wheels with RP25 contours for smooth operation on most tracks. It is accurately painted and printed for prototypical realism, fully assembled and weighted for stable handling, and ready to run on layouts with an 18-inch minimum radius.
