HO Scale RS-3 Locomotive in NYSW No. 104 livery is a detailed, ready-to-run HO model of a classic 1,600-horsepower diesel-electric locomotive from the 1950s. It faithfully recreates the RS-3’s distinctive silhouette and era-accurate paint, making it a compelling centerpiece for an HO-scale yard or mainline layout.

Built for authentic operation on modern layouts, this RS-3 features a quiet, powerful can motor and all-wheel drive for smooth, reliable performance. It comes in DCC-ready form with Quick Plug connectivity via a 21-pin NEM socket, and sound-equipped versions add onboard DCC decoders with SoundTraxx Econami and a cube speaker for engine, horn, and bell sounds in both DC and DCC.
