HO-scale 40-foot Pickle Car is a detailed freight model that recreates a vintage pickle car used to transport pickles in brine. Prototype pickle cars carried brined pickles in several vats and were typically roofed, with loading through roof hatches, and this model captures that heritage to add historical realism to any layout.

Designed for HO-scale layouts, the model features highly detailed turnbuckles, body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, and machined metal wheels with RP25 contours that run smoothly on all popular HO track brands. The injection-molded body is fully assembled and ready to run, weighted for stable operation, and designed for a minimum curve radius of 15 inches, making it a practical addition for layouts with tight corners.
