HO-scale BethGon Coalporter with Coal Load is a detailed model designed for realistic coal-hauling on HO layouts. This faithful recreation of Bethlehem Steel’s Johnstown American BethGon car features an all-aluminum body with a trough-style bottom for added carrying capacity and a lower center of gravity to help it track smoothly on the rails. It’s built for solid unit-train operation, and one end includes a rotary coupler to allow feeding through a rotary unloader without uncoupling.

Fine details include separately applied wireform grab irons and etched coupler platforms, a removable coal load, and a highly finished injection-molded body with realistic paint.
