HO BethGon Coalporter with Coal Load is a detailed HO-scale model of Bethlehem Steel's BethGon coal hopper car, designed for coal service on model railroads. The bathtub-style prototype design increases cargo capacity and provides a lower center of gravity for steadier tracking on long unit trains.

Key features include a removable coal load for realistic unloading, separate wireform grab irons, etched metal coupler platforms, and a separately applied brake wheel. The model uses body-mounted scale-knuckle couplers, rides on 36-inch machined metal wheels with RP25 contours, and is weighted for smooth operation. It delivers painting and lettering that mimic the real car, includes multiple road numbers, and uses a highly detailed injection-molded body. A minimum radius of 18 inches ensures compatibility with common HO layouts.
