HO ATH 30K Ethanol Tank Car (ATH-2398)

This HO-scale 30,000-gallon Ethanol Tank Car is a highly detailed freight model designed for realistic operation on HO-scale layouts.

It features carefully reproduced detailing such as a separately applied walkway platform, manway, outlet, ladders, brake rigging, safety rail supports, tank saddles and printed placards, along with photo-etched walkways and end platforms and wire safety rails. The model rides on 100-ton roller bearing trucks and 36-inch machined metal wheels with RP25 contours for authentic tracking, and is weighted for stable handling. Body-mounted McHenry operating scale upper and lower shelf knuckles provide reliable, prototypical coupling, while the injection-molded body is highly detailed and finished with painted and printed decoration. Designed for HO layouts, it accommodates an 18-inch minimum radius curve.
