N F59PHI RNCX #1755 Model Locomotive (ATH15303)

An N-scale EMD F59PHI Locomotive, road number 1755, designed to replicate the North Carolina Piedmont service locomotive, is a detailed ready-to-run model. Fully assembled and ready to run, it captures the F59PHI’s lightweight body and streamlined profile with faithful paint and lettering to mirror the prototype.

LED headlights add realism, with non-sound versions being DCC-ready and sound-equipped models featuring onboard DCC decoders with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound that operate on both DC and DCC layouts, offering full DCC functionality. The model rides on a heavy die-cast frame with all-wheel drive and precision gears for smooth, quiet operation, along with McHenry operating-scale knuckle couplers and see-through cab windows for added realism. The finish is painted and printed for authentic decoration, and the model offers multiple road numbers with a minimum radius of 9 3/4 inches to fit standard N-scale curves. It supports NMRA DCC functions and can be configured for MU lashups to create realistic consists.
