This HO-scale 16,000-gallon clay tank car model reproduces a modern bottom-unloading tank car used to transport ceramic materials such as clay. The model mirrors prototype dimensions, including a 111-inch-diameter tank and roughly 44 feet of overall length, with AAR Plate C clearance and a funnel-flow bottom unloading design. Lined and kept in dedicated service to avoid cross-contamination, it reflects the setup found on real rail operations.
