Ho 50' Nacc Box, Hamm'S #31233 (ATH18434)

This HO-scale 50-foot NACC boxcar in Hamm’s beer livery recreates the North American Car Corporation’s classic 50-foot outside-post insulated plug-door design, a staple of mid-1960s freight rosters. Represented in Hamm’s 31233, this model provides an authentic centerpiece for beverage-hauling or general freight on an HO layout.

Designed for realistic operation, it includes three road numbers for display options and period-accurate detailing such as applied metal grab irons and etched end platforms, with either Pullman Standard or Stanray (Superior) roof profiles to match the prototype, and Pullman Standard or Stanray plug doors. The model rides on Ready-To-Roll 70-ton trucks with machined 33-inch metal wheels and RP25 contours, uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, and is weighted for optimum performance on HO curves with a minimum radius of 18 inches.
