N Bombardier Coach SCAX #138 Model (ATH28581)

Bombardier Bi-Level Coach SCAX 138 is a detailed model railcar designed to bring authentic passenger service to a model railroad layout.

Based on the Bi-Level coaches developed in the mid-1970s for GO Transit by Hawker Siddeley Canada, this model captures the evolution of the design. It features retooled trucks for smoother rolling, cab cars that include a horn and bell, and a detailed interior with separately applied grab irons. The exterior shows tinted windows, weathered grills, and decorated diaphragms, reflecting the later-era look with a welded-steel body and a fully accessible lower-level washroom. It’s built to run on curves as tight as 11 3/4 inches, with best performance on radii around 15 inches.
