HO-scale Ready-to-Run SW1500 diesel switcher in Wisconsin Central livery, No. 1567. Based on Wisconsin Central’s late-1990s refurbishment of three ex-SP SW1500s, this locomotive captures the look of a working yard engine with a full cab interior, see-through radiator grille and cab windows, and prototypical details like a weed cutter-style plow, MU hoses, a whip-style antenna, and flexicoil trucks. The model features a highly detailed injection-molded body and finely replicated exterior details for a realistic representation of the prototype.

On the rails, it delivers smooth, reliable performance with all-wheel drive and a refined can motor. It is available in DCC-ready form with a 21-pin plug for quick digital installation, while sound-equipped versions use Tsunami2 DCC/Sound with dual cube speakers. LED lighting and operating ground lights add to the realism, and the chassis uses RP25-contoured wheels with McHenry scale knuckle couplers for compatibility with modern HO equipment.
