HO RTR RS-3 with DCC and Sound Green Bay & Western #305 (ATH28782)

HO-scale Green Bay & Western RS-3 with DCC and sound is a detailed, ready-to-run diesel locomotive that faithfully recreates ALCO’s RS-3 for modern HO layouts. Painted in GBW red with large initials on the hood, it captures the railroad’s distinctive look and is built for smooth operation on standard HO track, with a minimum radius of 18 inches.

Under the hood, a newly designed, more powerful can motor keeps operation quiet and steady, while DCC-ready models provide a 21-pin plug for simple wiring. Sound-equipped versions feature an onboard Tsunami2 decoder and cube speaker, delivering authentic engine, horn, and bell sounds that can run in both DC and DCC modes (some functions are limited in DC). The locomotive rides on RP25-profile wheels with McHenry scale knuckle couplers (Kadee compatible), and includes detail features such as metal grab irons, fine handrails, see-through cab windows, and an injection-molded body with realistic decoration.
