HO Bombardier Cab SCAX #627 (ATH29700)

HO Bombardier BiLevel Cab Car SCAX 627 is an HO-scale model that recreates the cab car used on BiLevel commuter trains. This end-car is designed for push-pull operation on model layouts and includes a horn and bell for authentic operation.

On the model, you'll find a detailed interior, separately-applied grab irons, Bombardier trucks with outside brakes, tinted windows, weathered grills, and decorated diaphragms that capture the prototype’s look. Built to HO-scale standards, it fits end-of-train configurations and performs best on layouts with a minimum 18-inch radius (22 inches is recommended for smoother operation). The BiLevel lineage traces back to mid-1970s GO Transit and Hawker Siddeley Canada designs, with later production by UTDC/Can-Car and Bombardier, and more than 1,500 coaches built, most of which were assembled in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
