An N-scale Thrall high-side gondola with load recreates a classic coal-hauling freight car from Thrall’s 1960s–1980s lineup, crafted for authentic N-scale layouts. This model provides a faithful, ready-to-run representation of a real in-service gondola, with a load included to complete the working-car look.

Key details include machined metal wheels, screw-mounted 100-ton roller-bearing trucks, body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle couplers, and a separately applied brake wheel. The highly detailed injection-molded body is weighted for smooth, reliable operation on Code 40, 55, and 80 rails, with a minimum radius of 9 ¾ inches. The paint and printing aim for prototype accuracy, and the model is primed for grime modeling—a natural starting point for adding weathering, grime, and rust to reproduce a truly in-service appearance.
