HO 57' Trinity Spine Car, BNSF #300590 (ATH41103)

This HO-scale Trinity spine car reproduces a 57-foot BNSF spine car designed to haul trailers and containers on HO layouts. Based on a Trinity-built RAF30A prototype from the late 1990s, the model faithfully captures the look and proportions of the real car and lets you load a variety of trailers and containers for realistic scenes.

Key details include a precision die-cast spine, separately applied brake piping, fine ladder detail, etched metal walkways, and McHenry scale knuckle couplers. It rolls on 33-inch solid nickel-silver wheels with RP25 contours for smooth operation on common HO track. Trailer hitches come separately in raised and collapsed configurations to suit display needs. The model is weighted for steady running and accepts 40-foot trailers and containers, with a minimum radius of 20 inches to fit most standard HO layouts.
