HO scale 50-foot Superior Plug Box Car in WPRX livery is a detailed model of an insulated freight car designed for temperature-sensitive loads. Based on a late-1960s Fruit Growers Express design, this model recreates the look and function of a boxcar with 10-foot-wide plug doors that seal against the cold and simplify forklift loading, making it a realistic addition to any HO layout.

Authentic detailing includes separately applied brake wheel and ladders, 70-ton roller bearing trucks, 33-inch machined metal wheels with RP25 contours, a weighted body for stable tracking, and body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers. The injection-molded shell is highly detailed and finished with painted and printed decoration faithful to prototypical schemes. With an 18-inch minimum radius, it runs smoothly on standard HO track.
