This HO scale 40-foot Express Box Car is a detailed model that recreates mail and express service boxcars from the heyday of passenger rail. It features double Youngstown doors, a separately applied brake wheel and roof walk, and screw-mounted express-type trucks with 33-inch machined metal wheels in RP25 contours. The model is weighted for optimum performance and uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers. The injection-molded body is highly detailed and it’s painted and printed for realistic decoration, with a minimum track radius of 18 inches.
