HO-scale Southern Pacific 40-foot Express Boxcar road number 2707 is a faithful replica of the mail and express service cars that complemented passenger trains. This model features double Youngstown doors, a separately applied brake wheel, and a roof walk, all molded on a highly detailed injection-molded body and finished with authentic Southern Pacific decoration to suit a mid-century layout.

Designed for smooth HO operation, it rides on 33" machined metal wheels with RP25 contours and screw-mounted express-type trucks, and it is weighted for stable running.
