This HO-scale 40-foot ribbed, three-bay ballast hopper reproduces the look and function of a real ballast car, making it a natural addition to yard or mainline scenes on an HO layout. It is designed to haul loose bulk loads such as ballast, with an open-hopper profile that mirrors classic ballast service.

Details include a removable load, separately applied wire grab irons and brake wheel, and weighted, stable performance.
