HO Scale CSXT ACF 2970 Covered Hopper is a faithful model of a 2-bay Centerflow covered hopper used to haul dense bulk loads such as cement and sand. Recreating mid‑century ACF design, this CSXT car features the rounded Centerflow body that supports gravity unloading and a 2,970 cubic foot capacity, making it a convincing addition to any HO freight roster.

Reproducing authentic detail, the model includes round or trough hatches, a photo-etched roof walk, and separately applied wire grab irons, stirrup steps and brake wheel, plus a separate brake cylinder, valve and air reservoir with wire plumbing. It rides on screw-mounted express-type trucks with machined RP25 wheels and body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers. The injection-molded body is painted and printed for realistic decoration, and the car is weighted for stable operation on HO layouts, with a minimum 18-inch radius.
