HO-scale 52-foot Mill Gondola car is a ready-to-run model designed to depict a typical open-top freight car used to haul bulky loads like coil steel or scrap metal on modern railroads.

It includes refined end-sheet molding, improved rivet and bolt detailing, corrected wire grab irons, updated top-chord and jack reinforcement pad details, and new coupler lever mounting. The model features separately applied wire grab irons, body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, and 33-inch nickel-silver wheels with RP25 profiles for smooth running on most HO track. It comes weighted for stable operation, fully assembled, with razor-sharp painting and printing, and is available in multi-packs with unique road numbers. The minimum radius is 18 inches, enabling operation on a wide range of layouts. Primed-for-Grime styling recreates the look of in-service equipment, with faded base colors matched to the prototype and a ready starting point for adding grime and rust.
