HO scale 65'6" Mill Gondola — a ready-to-run model that captures a classic 1940s steel-mill long-load gondola. Based on the General American design, it features drop ends that lift up and fold inward to accommodate overhanging loads, and it arrives decorated in MKT markings ready to roll right out of the box.

Inside, the car shows a high level of detail with separately applied wire grab irons and interior detailing, all supported by a highly detailed injection-molded body. Machined metal wheels with RP25 contours provide smooth operation on most HO track, and body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers deliver reliable, prototypical coupling. The model carries a minimum radius of 18 inches, making it suitable for many standard layouts. In real operation, these gondolas required flat cars at both ends to clear long overhangs, a practical trait reflected in how the car is staged on a layout to recreate steel-mill shipment scenes.
