HO scale SD45T-2 locomotive in Bessamer & Lake Erie No. 900 livery reproduces BLE's six-axle tunnel-motor for authentic HO layouts. This detailed model captures BLE-specific features such as a cab headlight with an upper gyralight that operates in DCC mode, a standard window cab, front ditch lights on the pilot, and the Leslie 3-chime horn mounted on the long hood. It reflects the prototype’s distinctive look with MU catches on the pilot and the horn positioned on the long hood for an accurate silhouette.

Inside, it features fine-scale handrails, etched windshield wipers, separately applied air tanks, LED lighting, see-through cab windows, and see-through radiator details, housed in a highly detailed injection-molded body. The model rides on nickel-plated, blackened machined wheels with RP25 contours and uses a 5-pole motor with flywheels and a multi-link drivetrain for smooth, quiet operation. It is DCC-ready with a 21-pin NEM Quick Plug and McHenry knuckle couplers for authentic MU lashups, with all-wheel electrical pickup for reliable performance on HO track.
