HO Scale 2-6-0 Mogul Steam Locomotive – CPR No. 3007 is a ready-to-run model that captures the character of a classic Mogul on HO layouts. The 2-6-0 wheel arrangement—two leading wheels on a leading truck, six driving wheels on three axles, and no trailing wheels—offers solid pulling power and versatile performance for both freight and passenger assignments on model railroads. This CPR-branded locomotive rides on a heavy die-cast frame with a highly detailed injection-molded body, and features see-through cab windows, separately applied wire-form details, a smoke stack, and a boiler-mounted bell. Bi-directional LED lighting keeps the headlight bright in either direction, while nickel-plated, blackened machined wheels, traction tires on two drivers, and McHenry operating scale knuckles add realism and reliability. Fully assembled and ready to run, it is painted and decorated for an authentic CPR look and is DCC-ready with a 21-pin plug for easy digitization.
