HO scale Western Maryland SD40 locomotive with DCC and sound in the #7446 scheme. This fully assembled, ready-to-run model captures the power and presence of a 3,000 horsepower six-axle SD40, featuring authentic WM detailing such as a bell mounted on the left side of the long hood and extra ballast on the right-hand walkway. The model includes bi-directional LED lighting and see-through dynamic-brake and cab windows, delivering a convincing look on any layout.

Under the hood, a redesigned can motor pairs with Tsunami2 sound and dual cube speakers for smooth, quiet operation and realistic engine and horn sounds in DCC (with DC operation supported as well). It carries fine-scale details like photo-etched windshield wipers, separately applied wire grab irons, rubber MU hoses, and McHenry scale knuckle couplers on Flexicoil trucks with high brake cylinders.
