HO scale 40-foot flatcar with plane from the Denver & Rio Grande Western (D&RGW). This ready-to-run model reproduces the open-deck flatcar designed to haul oversized loads, such as a removable airplane, on HO layouts.

Each car and plane is uniquely numbered, and the removable plane load features spinning propellers, detachable wings, and colorful artwork. The model rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours, is weighted for smooth operation, and uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers for reliable coupling. A separately applied brake wheel adds to its authentic detail, and the highly detailed injection-molded body is fully decorated and ready to run out of the box. Minimum radius of 18 inches keeps it compatible with most HO layouts.
