HO Sound Ready Underframe for SD40/45 Locomotives (ATH98542)

HO Sound-Ready Underframe for SD40/45 locomotives is a replacement HO-scale frame that makes it easier to upgrade RTR models with DCC sound. It includes an integrated speaker box and all weights, along with mounting screws, and replaces the stock underframe to accommodate a sound-ready setup and the Genesis motor retrofit kit.

Designed to fit locomotives produced from 2011 onward, this updated underframe may require modification for pre-2011 units. It offers simple installation and includes all weights and mounting screws.
