HO-scale, five-bay rapid-discharge hopper car designed for unit-train service, ideal for modeling bulk-material shipments such as coal or sugar-beet that unload quickly at mines and power plants. The Horizon ELFX variant represents a coal-service car in this line, offering faithful detailing and a ready-to-run presentation for HO layouts.

Features include a highly detailed injection-molded body with a removable load, separately applied brake wheel and wire grab irons on the side ladders, and accurate painting and printing for prototypical realism. The model uses body-mounted McHenry scale double-shelf knuckle couplers, is weighted for smooth handling, and rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours to operate on most HO track. A minimum radius of 18 inches is recommended for reliable running. It ships fully assembled and ready to run, and ITGX sugar-beet variants in the line include etched upper extensions.
