HO Maxi-III Well Cars NWCX #1024 (ATH98935)

HO Maxi-III Well Car is a detailed HO-scale model designed to haul intermodal containers using a recessed well between the trucks, enabling a second container to be stacked on a single car where clearance permits.

Riding on prototypical 33" and 38" solid nickel-silver wheels with RP25 contours and weighted for optimum performance, this model rolls smoothly and tracks well. Body-mounted McHenry operating scale upper and lower shelf knuckle couplers provide reliable, prototypical coupling. The injection-molded body is highly detailed and painted and printed for realistic decoration. With a minimum radius of 18 inches, it fits a wide range of HO-layout curves and operations.
