HO scale CB&Q ICC Caboose with Lights is a meticulously detailed, ready-to-run model for HO railroads. It reproduces a late-era caboose in authentic CB&Q livery, featuring LED interior lighting and an on-board DCC decoder by NCE, so lighting and other functions can be controlled on both DCC and conventional layouts. With road-name and road-number specific detailing and laser-sharp painting, this model captures prototype realism across multiple road numbers.

Inside and out, the model highlights extensive detailing: see-through end platforms and steps, etched metal window screens on doors and sides, flush glazing, and wire-form grab irons. The full underframe includes air-brake reservoirs, control valves, and brake cylinders with plumbing, while machined metal wheels with RP25 contours ride on trucks with rotating roller bearing caps. The car is weighted for smooth operation on standard HO track and uses body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle-spring couplers for reliable coupling, with a minimum radius of 18 inches.
