HO GP7R Locomotive with DCC and Sound in CNW #4160 livery is a detailed HO-scale model that faithfully recreates a rebuilt GP7R switcher for authentic operation on a model railroad.

Built on a heavy die-cast frame with a Genesis drivetrain and a 5-pole skew-wound motor, it delivers solid pulling power and quiet running. The model features see-through cab windows with a full interior, etched radiator and fan grilles, fine-scale Celcon handrails, LED lighting, and RP25-contoured wheels for reliable performance on most HO track. Body-mounted scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) and a 21-pin NEM connector with Quick Plug simplify setup on DCC or DC layouts. In the sound-equipped version, an onboard DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 provides engine, horn, and bell sounds through dual cube speakers and supports full DCC functionality, with CV adjustments available for lashups and performance tuning, plus a CV chart included. The model is designed for a minimum 18-inch radius on typical HO track.
