The car rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours and a weighted underframe for smooth, reliable performance on common tracks, and it comes fully assembled and ready to run with prototypical painting. It supports multiple UP road numbers and has a minimum recommended radius of 18 inches; sound-equipped versions provide authentic horn or whistle, clickety-clack with optional wheel-flat sounds, brake noises, emergency brake cues, and handbrake actions when used with compatible decoders.
