The N 13K Gallon Acid Tank Car, PROX #15229, is a highly detailed model for N scale train enthusiasts. This tank car features the innovative Type F "double shelf" McHenry couplers, which are mounted on the body and are a first in N scale. The design includes realistic rubber trainline hoses and full underbody details, including brake and train line piping.

This model includes two body design phases, representing early and late prototype versions, alongside different brake systems tailored to match the authentic prototypes. To ensure optimal performance, the tank car is weighted in accordance with NMRA RP-20.1 recommended practices.
