GP7u HO-scale locomotive with DCC and sound, undecorated, is a ready-to-run model designed to bring authentic GP7 performance to an HO layout. It includes an onboard DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound and runs on both DC and DCC power, so you can enjoy realistic engine, horn, and bell sounds as you operate it.

Built on a heavy die-cast frame with all-wheel drive, it delivers solid traction and quiet, smooth operation. The model rides on RP25 wheel contours for compatibility with popular HO brands, and it is DCC-ready with Quick Plug 21-pin NEM connector and dual speakers for rich sound. See-through cab windows reveal a detailed interior, while etched radiator and fan grilles, scale handrails, and body-mounted McHenry knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) enhance the prototype look. The undecorated shell provides a blank canvas for applying your own roadname, and the minimum radius is 18 inches to suit a wide range of HO layouts.
